This is the Rochester LoCo Meeting Event Event for the Ubuntu New York Local Community Team starting at 7:00 PM and finishing at 9:00 PM. Summaryaddress: BARNES & NOBLE @ RIT Bookstore, 100 Park Point Drive, Rochester, NY 14623< room: Upstairs group meeting room -- this room is a semi-private glass window room upstairs amenities: free wireless, cafe (food is allowed in the meeting room), a very nice computer book section and IT text books Ubuntu at School: A better OS for students This event will feature 'demonstration' computers for the public to experiment with and a presentation lead by Ben Sheron a student at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). The event will focus on why Ubuntu is a better OS for students.
